SHIPPING

We process orders within 1-4 workdays and shipping itself usually takes 2-4 workdays (Longer shipping can occur during Christmas). International orders vary from 5-8 workdays. Tracking will be provided.

Please let us know how many jewelry boxes you want in the comment section of your order! We're trying to be as sustainable as possible.

RETURNS

If you want to return an item, please reach out to us at hello@lostlegacyjewelry.com

Step 1: Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

Step 2: Return your items in the original packaging. We can't accept returns for any pierced jewelry that has been tried on. 

The cost of a return is payable by you and we won't reimburse this. Don’t forget to obtain and keep your returns postage receipt until you have been fully refunded, in case your return gets lost on its way back to us.

Please always use tracked shipping otherwise it cannot be replaced if it's lost. The returned item is the customer's responsibility until it arrives.

PLEASE NOTE

If you don't pick up your package, we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund.

Any faulty items will be compensated for.

IMPORT/CUSTOM DUTIES

Import duties are not included. If you're located outside of the EU, you might be subjected to import duties. These charges are the customer's own responsibility and won't be reimbursed by us.  

Please note, that if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.

JEWELRY MAINTENANCE

All LOST LEGACY jewelry is made of sterling silver 925s. Sterling silver jewelry can naturally tarnish over time. To keep your pieces looking as radiant as the day you bought them, regularly clean them with a mild silver polish and a soft, lint-free cloth. Gently wipe the surface to remove any tarnish and restore the brilliant shine.

If your sterling silver jewelry features a polished finish, be aware that over time, this finish may develop a natural patina, adding character to the piece.
